RC Mobile Services provides professional automotive detailing and appearance services throughout the Tampa Bay area, including mobile auto detailing, interior and exterior detailing, ceramic coatings, automotive window tinting, headlight restoration, fleet washing, and other related automotive services. All services are subject to availability.
3. Appointments and Scheduling
Customers may schedule appointments through our website, telephone, or other authorized communication methods.
All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, vehicle details, and service locations. RC Mobile Services reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to severe weather, equipment issues, unsafe working conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Pricing and Payments
Service prices may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, location, and requested services.
Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or services requiring additional labor.
Any additional charges will be communicated to the customer for approval before the additional work is performed.
Payment is required according to the terms agreed upon when scheduling or receiving services.
5. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Deposit Policy
RC Mobile Services requires customers to provide at least 48 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Customers may cancel appointments without an additional cancellation fee. However, deposits are nonrefundable for customer-initiated cancellations, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Customers who reschedule their appointments at least 48 hours in advance may transfer their existing deposit to the newly scheduled appointment. Customers who cancel or request to reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit their deposit, except where otherwise required by law. If RC Mobile Services must cancel an appointment due to severe weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered the opportunity to reschedule or receive a refund of their deposit. All cancellation and deposit policies will be communicated to customers before booking and payment.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings, valuables, and important documents from their vehicles before services begin. Customers should notify RC Mobile Services of any existing vehicle damage, mechanical issues, aftermarket modifications, or sensitive materials that may affect the service. Customers requesting mobile services must provide a safe and accessible location for the work to be performed.
7. Service Results and Limitations
RC Mobile Services strives to provide high-quality automotive detailing and appearance services.
However, results may vary depending on vehicle age, condition, previous damage, and maintenance history.
Certain stains, scratches, odors, oxidation, or other imperfections may not be completely removable.
Specific service warranties or guarantees, if offered, will be communicated separately.
8. Text Messaging and SMS Communications
Customers who voluntarily opt in to receive SMS communications from RC Mobile Services may receive appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and customer support messages.
Promotional text messages may be sent only to customers who have provided appropriate marketing consent.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Customers may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from text messages. Consent to receive promotional text messages is not required to purchase our products or services.
